These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Geo API and related services ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure. Any activity carried out with your keys is your responsibility. We may suspend keys we believe to be compromised.

2. Credits and payments

Credits are prepaid and non-refundable except where required by law. Each successful API request consumes one credit. Free-tier keys are subject to per-day usage limits. Prices and packages may change with notice.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, reverse-engineer our infrastructure, or attempt to disrupt or overload the Service. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

5. Data and content

You retain ownership of the inputs you send. We may retain request metadata for operational, security, and billing purposes. Geographic data returned by the Service is provided for use under the terms of its underlying sources.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the dashboard. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
